Based in the heart of the Pioneer Valley, Home & Hearth Remodeling has been helping homeowners improve, restore, and reimagine their homes for over two decades.
Founded in 2005 by Dave Coyne, the company was built on a simple idea: combine skilled craftsmanship with genuine care for the homeowner. Dave’s experience began early, learning carpentry, wiring, and plumbing alongside his father. He later expanded that foundation with a degree from Cornell University and professional experience in business development, marketing, and technology—bringing both hands-on skill and strategic insight to every project.
After relocating from the Boston area to Western Massachusetts, Dave returned to his entrepreneurial roots and launched Home & Hearth Remodeling. Since then, the company has grown steadily, serving hundreds of homeowners—many of whom return again and again, and refer friends and family.
Today, Home & Hearth has expanded from a one-person operation to a dedicated team of office staff, skilled remodelers, and trusted subcontractors. Together, they bring more than 150 years of combined experience to every project.
We are proud to serve Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut, and to have earned an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, along with recognition for 13 years of complaint-free service at the 2025 Western Massachusetts Awards for Marketplace Excellence.
